A Conversation About Multiple Sclerosis
for MS Focus is seeking those who have gotten the book to complete a survey.
The survey is anonymous and will take about 15 minutes to complete. Participants may choose to provide their email address at the end to receive $25 Amazon e-card, for fully completing the study. In order to receive this card, every question on the survey must be completed appropriately. These cards will be distributed as long as funding is available. It can take up to two weeks for participants to receive their Amazon e-card.
